Mr & Mrs Maggs June 1st 2019

Tracey & Mick met unexpectedly at Unique Tattoo in Winter Road, Southsea (Darren Stares Unique Tattoo). To cut a long story short 5 months later Mick proposed while on holiday, Traceys daughter helped pick the ring! The couple booked their wedding for 1 June 2019 at Portsmouth Cathedral (www.portsmouthcathedral.org.uk) and had their wedding reception at Moneyfields Sports and Social Club in Copnor where 160 guests including me joined them for the celebration! Tracey bought her beautiful dress from Creatiques in Albert Road, Southsea (www.creatiques.co.uk) which just happens to be part owned by her Uncle Rob, Rob made an appearance on the day to help with the dress and see his niece walk down the aisle!

Flowers by Jo McNamara (www.jomcnamaraflorist.co.uk) and the cake was made by Carly Stares (available on Facebook)

Gemma Goodeve did the hair and Kim Kingston (The Beauty Shed) did the make up

The couple are currently on honeymoon in Aruba, Caribbean for two weeks

Matt & Lisa decided to get married on 1 December 2018 at The Langstone Hotel (www.langstonequays.co.uk) . The Langstone is one of my favourite venues, and it just so happens that I am one of their preferred suppliers!

Matt & Lisa held an intimate wedding with 35 guests but had a large evening disco, which somehow I seemed to of gatecrashed (Thank you for the invite guys lol)

Mr & Mrs Drewett

Suzanne found me when I joined a December Brides page on Facebook, I was looking for ideas for my own wedding. I think we clicked, she must of known I was very particular about details and other things as there were some similarities between us!

Anyway, Suzanne and her husband Kirk met 16 years ago while partying hard in Faliraki and decided to marry on 14th December 2018 at a lovely church called St Mary the Virgin in Beddington at 1.30pm. The reception was held at Kingswood Golf Club in Tamworth (www.kingswood-golf.co.uk).

The day was bright and crisp and a little chilly, but we were just glad that there was no rain! The evenings entertainment included a sax and drum duet who played chill out tunes until the sparker send off and lively disco!

I See Santa Christmas Pictures

So this Christmas, we decided to try something a little different, something we had not seen done down south yet! We have had people bring in their dogs and their children for the “I see Santa” sessions! Next year we plan for it to be bigger and better!

Wedding of Mrs & Mrs Rawlings @ Old Thorns

Friday 14th September was chosen by Amy & Danny Rawlings to be their wedding day. Now Amy is my hairdresser and I knew it was going to be a little different so I was very excited! Amy and Danny were childhood sweethearts and have two children together, Gracie-Mae and Ronny.

They decided on Old Thorns for their wedding and had an owl fly the rings to them at the ceremony! Everything ran smoothly until we tried to get to the 15th hole in the golf buggy and it ran out of battery so the groom decided to get out and push!

Wedding Of Mr & Mrs Winslade

When my cousin asked me to photograph her wedding, I knew it would be slightly different from the norm and Emily Sked & Justin Winslade didn’t disappoint!

Emily got ready at her parents house in Drayton with their 3 Daughters, Hollie, Eva & Florence. A vintage car turned up to take them to The Square Tower in Old Portsmouth (http://www.squaretower.co.uk) and we were all greeted by Mr Square Tower himself, Steve!

The Ceremony was held at the beautiful building and the groom had a tear or two as Emily walked down the aisle led by their 3 daughters. After the ceremony we walked across to The Royal Garrison Church, which I have to say is one of my favourite places for photos (https://www.english-heritage.org.uk/visit/places/royal-garrison-church-portsmouth/)

The reception was held at Moneyfields Social Club in Milton (http://www.moneyfieldsssc.co.uk/hall-hire/) where all the guests tucked into a lovely meal with prosecco to toast.

The Bestmans speech was hilarious and one of the best we have seen, it involved the bestman riding on a bike trying to find the speech (this was a video)!

The couple honeymooned in Malia, Crete
